THE MYSTIC MELT
2 T. melted butter
4 eggs (beat w/ 2 T. water)
4 oz.. cream cheese (diced)
4 oz. fresh crab meat
Melt butter in non-stick saute pan. Add eggs, crab and
cream cheese. Let mixture begin to set, then stir and
fold to keep eggs fluffy and cream cheese melted.
Serve with raisin toast
